JEMA designs tailored DC power supply systems for hydrogen electrolysers that support the transition to green hydrogen from renewable energy sources. Our solutions combine low grid harmonics, low DC ripple, and high conversion efficiency to help maximize the value of every kilowatt used in electrolysis.  

Applications

We offer solutions for different electrolyser technologies, including Alkaline and PEM, and adapt each system to your technical specification, project constraints, and budget. From kW to MW with individual current and voltage ranges, considering specific working points, we will engineer the perfect fit for your electrolyser. With a combined thyristor and IGBT solution, we take advantage of both technologies in terms of robustness, reliability, control, technical parameters, and cost. Where needed, we apply state-of-the-art power electronics like e.g. SiC for even higher performance and compact designs, while keeping the solution practical and robust.

Turnkey solutions

We engineer and deliver complete turnkey power solutions for electrolyser projects, including the medium-voltage grid connection transformer, water and air cooling, and other infrastructure elements. The full solution can be housed in a container, simplifying installation, transport, site integration, and commissioning – for a fast and seamless deployment.
